Art Explorers, Inc. is a creative arts program and progressive studio in Fort Bragg, California, serving neurodivergent adults and adults with physical disabilities. They are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) tax exempt corporation. Their mission is to provide a fun, nurturing, non-judgmental, and artistically stimulating environment for creativity to thrive! July is Disability Pride Month

As part of Art Explorers Disability Pride month programming, they have partnered with local businesses to display artwork and educational materials throughout Mendocino County for the month of July. Each participating business will host a small installation consisting of two framed pieces: one featuring original artwork by an Art Explorers studio artist, and the other sharing information about the artist, a historical mile-stone in the Disability Rights Movement, and details about our studio.
In Addition, Golden West Saloon has decided to launch a limited run of merch featuring a painting of our building by Art Explorers member Mike Smart. All Profit from the sales of this merch will go to support the Art Explorers program

Donations from these businesses are funding our Disability Pride month programming and we are so grateful from their generous support!
